Through the alchemy of mindfulness and the Linn Method of Decluttering, transform living spaces to clear out the energy preventing you from achieving your health goals. Through the intimacy of the group process and with an accountability partner, gain tools, tips, motivation, and perspective. The focus is on parts of the home most involved with your health.
