The mission of the Huntingdon Health and Wellness Association (HHWA) is to enhance the health and well being of individuals and the community through the promotion of alternative, complementary, and integrative health care and wellness initiatives.
On Wednesday, May 13th at noon, as part of the 4 and More Cultural District Lunch and Learn events, the Huntingdon County Historical Society will be presenting an online program on the basics of genealogy. Information can be found on their website or Facebook page.
To assist in protecting the health and wellness of the Huntingdon community, HHWA will not be holding any group events until after May 31st at the earliest. The only in-person services at this time are services with our three therapists considered essential. Their information is found on the “Body” page of this website. Our yoga instructor, Tracy Lake is making yoga available on-line in the interim. Please contact Tracy directly at email@example.com to take advantage of this opportunity. Also, Belly Dance is being offered online on Tuesday, May 5th and May 19th at 6 pm. Information can be obtained on our Facebook page or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please take good care of yourself and your loved ones, and hopefully we will see you again soon.
The program on the benefits of bone broth will be rescheduled to a later date.
